Provide first-level IT support in a remote environment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues. Assist with Help Desk workflow improvements, automation, IT reporting, and system maintenance tasks.

The intern will analyze and validate data using Power BI and Excel while building dashboards and reports for leadership. They will also map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

The intern will support change management activities for systems and process transformations, including CRM rollouts and website redesigns. They will also develop change artifacts, document workflows, and prepare briefing materials for leadership.

The intern will research and track funding opportunities while drafting grant proposals and letters of intent. They will also support budget creation, impact reporting, and gather documentation to align program outcomes with funder priorities.
