The technician is responsible for building end-to-end high-performance compute and AI solutions by installing, cabling, and configuring hardware at remote client locations. They must also document installation processes and provide expert technical recommendations to meet client needs.

The role focuses on building High Performance Computing, Enterprise IT, and End User solutions by partnering with sales managers and architects. Responsibilities include conducting technology research, creating technical proposals, and managing vendor relationships.

The HPC AI Technologist will gather client requirements and design optimized solutions, deploying new or augmenting existing HPC/AI solutions. They will also consult on day-to-day management of clients’ research compute infrastructure environments.
