The associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience for technical service issues and acting as a liaison between management and customers. They will proactively communicate ticket statuses and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through phone, email, and chat.

The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement to contract execution. This includes targeting strategic accounts, articulating the company's value proposition, and partnering with internal teams to deliver energy efficiency solutions.

The Technical Support Associate will diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and energy-saving technologies for customers and vendors. They are responsible for tracking issues to resolution, documenting technical knowledge, and providing training on systems and processes.

The MEP Technical Support Associate will diagnose and troubleshoot Budderfly’s MEP technology, systems, and equipment while supporting installation crews remotely. They will ensure consistent installation quality and maintain thorough logs of issues while communicating effectively with customers and contractors.
