The Product Specialist will partner with the sales team to facilitate onsite customer demonstrations and provide technical support for drone hardware and software. They are responsible for troubleshooting equipment, maintaining flying proficiency, and managing demonstration assets in the field.

The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert supporting Account Executives by conducting product demonstrations and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. They will also act as the Voice of the Customer to provide feedback to engineering teams and support deployment efforts.
