The role is a hybrid of individual contribution and leadership, requiring the manager to drive revenue from 50 named accounts while coaching a team of Territory Account Executives. Responsibilities include leading complex sales cycles with public safety agencies and coordinating with product and customer success teams.

Lead a team of installation technicians to deploy Drone as a First Responder (DFR) programs at customer sites nationwide. Manage the full operational lifecycle of hardware and software installations while maintaining strong relationships with public safety customers.

Develop and manage relationships with Fire/EMS agencies to expand the adoption of drone technology. Conduct product demonstrations and serve as a subject matter expert to help agencies implement UAS programs.
