Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors to strengthen leadership, governance, and organizational sustainability. Guide strategic growth and conduct site visits to ensure clubs meet key standards and operational excellence.

Lead strategic planning and execution of multi-state advocacy and public policy initiatives to secure funding and advance youth development priorities. Provide leadership and technical assistance to State Alliances and local Clubs to strengthen their influence on state and federal policy.
