Lead strategic planning and execution of multi-state advocacy and public policy initiatives to secure funding and advance youth development priorities. Provide leadership and technical assistance to State Alliances and local Clubs to strengthen their influence on state and federal policy.

The Safety Analyst conducts organizational and site-level safety assessments to ensure compliance with child and club safety standards. They analyze safety data to identify trends and collaborate with leadership to implement corrective improvement plans.
