Define product strategy for high-impact areas and own complex, cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis to shipment. Partner cross-functionally to navigate tradeoffs and ensure the product delivers consistent value to diverse user groups.
You will serve as the first full-time finance leader, responsible for building out the finance function, including FP&A, board reporting, and revenue operations. You will partner with Product and Growth teams to define monetization strategies and implement automated agents to streamline financial processes.
You will own and grow the B2B and B2C communities by designing and executing an ambassador program and managing daily community engagement. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the community to internal product and engineering teams to drive product improvements and user education.
You will own frontend architecture, code quality, and team growth while spending significant time writing code. Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews, support team development, and coordinate with other team leads on architectural decisions.
The role involves leading the technical direction of AI agents responsible for translating natural language into production-ready applications, focusing on defining patterns for LLM interaction, context maintenance, and multi-step workflow orchestration.
