The Program Director manages local chapter programs, events, and volunteer engagement while supporting fundraising and advocacy initiatives. They are responsible for building community partnerships and ensuring national policies are effectively implemented at the local level.

The Associate Director leads the advancement services function by overseeing data management, reporting, and prospect research to drive fundraising strategy. They serve as the primary expert on Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and act as a key thought partner to the development team.

The Senior Manager of Outposts is responsible for executing and managing the Blue Star Families Outposts network to expand reach into new communities. This includes vetting partner organizations, managing day-to-day operations, and aligning programming with organizational objectives.

This role serves as the lead fundraising strategist and major gifts officer for the Northern California region, responsible for cultivating high-net-worth individuals, corporate leaders, and foundations across the Bay Area and broader Northern California market. Key functions include developing and managing a major gift portfolio focused on gifts of $25,000 and above and building a regional fundraising strategy aligned with enterprise revenue goals.
