Identify high-potential prospective customers and manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and technical teams while coordinating internal resources to ensure account success.

You will contribute production code to the encoding stack while serving as the primary technical contact for US enterprise customers during EU off-hours. This involves triaging issues, driving incident resolution, and feeding field insights back into the product roadmap.
