Lead market development and go-to-market activities for the Observability product across the Americas. Act as the primary technical expert in the field to drive pipeline development, lead product demos, and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

You will act as the technical voice for Bitmovin products, assisting customers with integration, problem identification, and resolution within their video workflows. Additionally, you will manage strategic accounts by providing custom solutions, training, and advocating for customer needs internally.

This high-impact leadership role involves defining the long-term strategic vision for product positioning and owning the full go-to-market strategy for product launches. The director will also act as a primary external spokesperson, drive analyst relations, and enable the revenue engine by creating narrative tools for sales.
