Lead and mentor software engineering teams to build and operate platform services that support the digital DJ experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the VP of Engineering to handle resource planning, project execution, and risk management.

Oversee Beatport's core engine and shared services, including Identity, Ingestion, Catalog, and Library services. Manage technical backlogs and roadmaps while leading the strategy for deprecating legacy systems and launching new services.

Take ownership of multimedia design and execution across brand marketing, social content, and digital platforms. Develop scalable design systems and visual languages that align with brand identity and current industry trends.
