The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of security integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key duties include managing subcontractors, tracking project schedules, and handling project profitability and change orders.

The primary duties involve general sales support, security design, quoting, and assisting senior estimators across all company locations. A critical responsibility is learning how to calculate, compile, and record proposals to ensure speed, accuracy, and safeguard company profitability.

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the Service department's activities, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers. This role includes overseeing staff performance, training, and compliance with safety standards.
