The Education Advisor is responsible for managing sales enquiries via phone and digital channels while maintaining the company CRM. They will also assist in marketing strategies to promote the college, particularly within the MENA market, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Plan and deliver structured, engaging EAP lessons online while assessing student work against B2-C1 standards. Maintain accurate records, meet administrative deadlines, and provide constructive feedback to international arts students.
