Lead and develop the India-based Finance & Accounting team, overseeing accounting operations, U.S. GAAP reporting, financial planning, cash flow, inventory finance, and internal controls. Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to analyze business performance, improve profitability, and provide clear financial recommendations.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including order allocation and routing, shipment tracking, inventory transfers, and reconciliation across warehouses, 3PL partners, vendors, and marketplace channels. Maintain logistics dashboards and KPI reports, investigate operational exceptions, and identify process improvements to increase fulfillment efficiency.
Own Walmart Marketplace and eBay performance, driving revenue, profitability, listing quality, pricing, inventory availability, and advertising effectiveness. Monitor account health and operational KPIs, report insights to leadership, and coordinate cross-functional improvements to resolve issues and grow the channels.
Provide timely customer support through email, phone, and live chat, resolving questions and issues involving products, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and warranties. Maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams, escalate cases when needed, and report recurring issues or process gaps.
Own assigned brands’ growth, profitability, purchasing, vendor relationships, and inventory performance across e-commerce marketplaces. Analyze sales and inventory data, coordinate marketplace and promotional planning, and improve reporting and operations through AI and automation.
Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, reconciliations, and accurate financial records in QuickBooks. Support financial reporting and closing activities, inventory and payroll reporting, and improvements to accounting processes while coordinating with internal teams and U.S.-based leadership.
