The CMC Consultant will define and execute CMC development strategies to support clinical progression and regulatory submissions. They will oversee external partners, including CDMOs, and ensure technical and regulatory readiness for drug product development.

Lead the Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC) strategy and operations for drug development and manufacturing. Oversee outsourcing and management of drug substance and drug product development, ensuring alignment with regulatory pathways.

The Growth Marketing Manager will own core levers of consumer growth, focusing on improving CAC, payback, and member growth across the funnel by setting and executing paid media strategies aligned with unit-economics targets. Responsibilities include overseeing paid acquisition performance, creative strategy, end-to-end funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing strategy.

As a core technical contributor, you will build high-impact systems from 0→1 and own critical features of the engineering roadmap. You will work closely with the founding team to design, build, and ship products that define the company's technical foundation.
