The Cyber Advisor supports the delivery of cybersecurity services to reduce risks for policyholders by providing expert advice on security posture and vulnerability mitigation. They act as a liaison between insureds and the underwriting team while collaborating on scalable risk mitigation strategies.

Provide first-line security monitoring and tuning of tools like EDR, SIEM, and DLP for MDR customers. Identify anomalous activity, triage indicators of compromise, and participate in incident investigation and remediation.

The Cyber Advisor will conduct security assessments and implement technical hardening measures to improve the security posture of customers following cyber events. This role involves bridging the gap between technical remediation and strategic business value to ensure long-term resilience.

The analyst will manage overall program profitability and improve pricing accuracy by leading and supporting various pricing and underwriting initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role involves quantifying the business impact of these initiatives and identifying ways to improve overall business economics.

The role involves leading the development of pricing models for new professional and general liability products, working cross-functionally on implementation, and driving product-related initiatives from inception to completion. Responsibilities include understanding business impact, managing projects, and contributing to the risk assessment framework that supports data-driven decisions.
