The Cyber Advisor supports the delivery of cybersecurity services to reduce risks for policyholders by providing expert advice on security posture and vulnerability mitigation. They act as a liaison between insureds and the underwriting team while collaborating on scalable risk mitigation strategies.

Provide first-line security monitoring and tuning of tools like EDR, SIEM, and DLP for MDR customers. Identify anomalous activity, triage indicators of compromise, and participate in incident investigation and remediation.

The role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close for managed detection and response solutions. Additionally, the AE will develop strategic go-to-market plans and collaborate with the product team to influence the security roadmap.

The analyst will manage overall program profitability and improve pricing accuracy by leading and supporting various pricing and underwriting initiatives across cross-functional teams.
