Act as a strategic partner to CEOs and executive teams to design and execute financial strategies and lead fundraising or M&A transactions. Responsibilities include building financial architecture, presenting to boards, and overseeing accounting operations.

As a Fractional Controller, you will oversee accounting processes, produce financial reporting packages, and manage payroll and audit engagements. You will also be responsible for implementing new accounting pronouncements and preparing consolidating financial statements.

The Interim CFO will serve as a strategic partner to CEOs, developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business goals, and leading critical functions like budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Key duties also involve leading fundraising and M&A initiatives, overseeing financial reporting, and improving accounting processes and internal controls.
