The Digital Accessibility Program Manager oversees contract performance, personnel, deliverables, and governance for the HHS Digital Accessibility Program. Additionally, they serve as the Solutions Architect, leading technical architecture, systems integration, and automation activities.
The Senior Section 508 Tester will conduct complex ICT accessibility testing, defect analysis, and remediation guidance for federal customers. They will also provide technical leadership, mentor accessibility personnel, and ensure conformance with Section 508 and WCAG standards.
The Intermediate Section 508 Tester performs accessibility evaluations on web, mobile, and document-based ICT to ensure compliance with federal standards. They also provide remediation support, document accessibility defects, and assist in maintaining operational documentation for the Digital Accessibility Solution Center.
The Program Analyst provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Digital Accessibility Program, including managing trackers, backlogs, and service requests. They also coordinate stakeholder activities, maintain program documentation, and assist with KPI reporting and process improvement.
The Senior IT Operations Analyst will coordinate and lead enterprise-level IT projects while maintaining situational awareness of critical systems and operational status. They are responsible for managing emergency incident response, supporting cloud technologies, and ensuring the resolution of operational issues for federal customers.
