Lead the design and evolution of secure, scalable, multi-tenant architectures for federal cloud and enterprise programs. Translate federal security frameworks and policy into implementable technical designs and maintain comprehensive security documentation.

The Program Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle of a large federal engagement, including contract performance, budget, and risk management. They serve as the primary strategic interface with government stakeholders and the final internal escalation point for program delivery.
