The Technical Account Manager acts as the primary technical liaison between the services team and clients, managing relationships, ensuring timely communication, and developing a deep technical understanding of client environments to recommend security solutions. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to scope new engagements, track account health, and support the conversion of project work into recurring services through upselling and cross-selling.
