The Senior Data Scientist will contribute across credit risk, growth, and AI initiatives by owning projects end-to-end from modeling to production deployment. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and identify opportunities for improvement across the business.

Lead a squad of 4-8 engineers as a player-coach, balancing people management and technical contributions. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, owning delivery quality, and making key technical decisions.

You will design and implement end-to-end features across the full stack while taking ownership of web applications from development to production. Additionally, you will drive technical architecture decisions, mentor engineering teammates, and utilize AI tools to accelerate development and observability.

You will architect and build stable, scalable backend systems for core services while solving complex platform problems. Additionally, you will foster a culture of observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement through collaborative technical work.

The Lead Mobile Engineer will own mobile systems end-to-end, driving technical leadership by setting architecture direction, running design reviews, and making key technical decisions for the squad. Responsibilities also include mentoring engineers, championing quality through testing and optimization, and strategically leveraging AI tools.

The Senior Backend Engineer will independently own features end-to-end, taking projects from specification through design, building, testing, and shipping, while also writing high-quality, testable, and well-documented code.
