Manage system security, end-user support, and cross-functional integration while ensuring compliance with state policies and accessibility standards.

The developer will design, build, and maintain efficient C# and .NET code for client/server and Azure web-based applications. Responsibilities include analyzing system specifications, documenting procedures, and ensuring software reliability through testing and code reviews.
