The role involves managing the end-to-end patient journey through telehealth intake, scheduling, and care plan coordination. You will act as the primary bridge between clinicians and patients to ensure seamless communication and high patient satisfaction.

The Medical Director will deliver high-quality telehealth care to older adults while leading, mentoring, and supervising a clinical team of physicians and nurse practitioners. They will also collaborate with executive leadership to develop clinical policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

The Member Experience Associate will conduct high volume outreach to new and existing members to increase enrollment and program completion rates. This includes making over 100 outbound calls daily and maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
