The VP of Insights and Analytics is responsible for the end-to-end analytics ecosystem, including data platforms, governance, and the delivery of actionable insights. This leader will drive the analytics strategy, manage cross-functional partnerships, and build a high-performing team to support brokers, employers, and internal stakeholders.

The Vice President, Insights and Analytics is accountable for the end‑to‑end analytics ecosystem at Point C, from source data quality through enterprise data platforms to the delivery of actionable insights for brokers, employers, and internal leaders. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role owns the strategy, operating model, and execution for analytics at scale — ensuring consistent, accurate, and trusted insights across the organization.
This leader will transform a growing and complex data environment into a cohesive, governed, enterprise‑grade analytics capability. While data engineering and integration are foundational responsibilities, success in this role is measured by the quality, scalability, and business impact of analytics and insights delivered to clients and partners. The VP will be a visible, trusted partner, and a disciplined leader who can mature the analytics function into a high‑performing, agile organization.
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
