The Vice President, Global Supply Chain Management is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, design, and continuous improvement of the company's global supply chain organization across all Business Units and regions. This role establishes enterprise-wide supply chain strategies, operating standards, performance frameworks, systems, and processes that drive supply continuity, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness, and scalable growth.
In addition to these global functional leadership responsibilities, the Vice President directly oversees and supports the supply chain performance of the Specialty Chemicals Business Unit. This responsibility includes end-to-end operational leadership of planning, customer service, logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, S&OP coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with commercial and operational objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the role provides leadership across both strategic and operational dimensions of the supply chain while ensuring alignment between enterprise priorities and business unit execution.

This position requires global travel. A valid passport is required. The incumbent can expect an estimated 25%-50% travel during the course of the business year.
The salary range for the position of VP, Global Supply Chain Management is $180,000 - $250,000 per year. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.

The role also coordinates matrixed resources required to deliver Specialty Chemicals BU execution and global supply chain process governance.
