VP, Business Development - New Logo Sales

Our client is seeking highly motivated, proven Sales Executive(s) to join their global business development team to lead their CX Contact Center BPO services sales efforts. This is a strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client base, and positioning the company as the go-to partner for outsourcing solutions. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the CX BPO industry, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to close complex deals with high-profile clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the CX Contact Center BPO services sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations and post- sales support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized BPO solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end business development strategies that drive revenue growth within the CX BPO outsourcing industry.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Expertise in leading end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and solution design to negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale expansion.
• Strong background collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customized outsourcing solutions aligned with client goals.
• Skilled at building and managing robust pipelines, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate forecasting.
• Experienced in representing the organization at industry events and conferences, elevating brand presence, and generating qualified leads.
• Ability to translate market trends and competitive insights into actionable strategies and business recommendations.
• Leadership experience, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the CX Contact Center Outsourcing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully selling Customer Service BPO services and closing high-value deals.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service BPO industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on results.
• Experience leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
