Own the Voices creator program end-to-end, including sourcing and recruitment, onboarding, activation, ongoing stewardship, re-engagement, and scalable systems and reporting. Coordinate across content, community, marketing, product, and growth teams to connect creators with organizational priorities and use creator and audience feedback to improve FaithOnline.
FaithOnline is a Christ-centered platform where believers encounter Scripture-grounded content and authentic community. As we prepare for our hard launch and continued growth, we need someone to build and run one of the most important engines at the center of FaithOnline: our Voices. This language aligns with the brand direction around Christ-centered content, biblical depth, community, and formation.
This role owns the Voices program end-to-end: recruitment, pipeline development, onboarding, stewardship, activation, systems, and reporting.
The goal is bigger than recruiting creators. You'll build a robust, scalable creator model that consistently brings the right Voices into FaithOnline, equips them to contribute meaningfully, keeps them engaged over time, and connects their work across content, community, marketing, product, and growth.
You'll be both the relationship and the system behind the relationship: someone Voices know and trust, and someone internally who can build the infrastructure required to support hundreds of creators without losing the human element.
Proactively source and recruit faith-driven creators, thought leaders, pastors, theologians, and storytellers who align with FaithOnline's mission and content needs.
Own the recruitment funnel from sourcing and outreach through application, review, onboarding, and activation. Build repeatable sourcing strategies, outreach cadences, referral loops, and recruitment campaigns that create a consistently strong pipeline rather than relying on one-off outreach or inbound interest.
Partner with our Signature Content Advisors to ensure theological alignment and move qualified Voices efficiently through the review process.
Own the Voice experience from initial outreach through ongoing participation.
Build the materials, workflows, communication cadences, segmentation, check-ins, recognition, and re-engagement strategies that help Voices understand FaithOnline, contribute successfully, and remain connected over time.
Be the relationship. Voices should feel like they have a real person in their corner, not a series of automated emails. This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, creating belonging, and caring for creators as people.
Build the infrastructure required for the Voices program to scale from dozens of creators to hundreds and beyond.
Own and continuously improve the Voices CRM/database, pipeline stages, creator profiles, communications, segmentation, participation tracking, and reporting. Document repeatable systems across recruitment, onboarding, activation, stewardship, re-engagement, and offboarding.
Maintain clear dashboards and weekly reporting across recruitment, applications, acceptance, onboarding, activation, participation, retention, re-engagement, and overall pipeline health. Use data and Voice feedback to identify friction, improve the program, and keep leadership informed of progress and blockers.
Voices are not a standalone program. They are a core engine for FaithOnline's content, community, marketing, product, and growth.
Work across teams to identify and activate the right Voices for company priorities, campaigns, content needs, community opportunities, and product feedback. Build strong feedback loops so creator and audience insights inform FaithOnline, while company priorities translate into clear opportunities for Voices.
The goal is a creator model that strengthens the entire FaithOnline experience and helps believers go deeper in Scripture, build meaningful relationships, and grow in Christ.
You've built and grown creator programs before. You can point to a creator, influencer, ambassador, contributor, or membership program you've helped scale, explain what you personally owned, and show the results.
You build systems that scale. CRM, onboarding, communications, segmentation, reporting, activation, and re-engagement are familiar territory. You understand that managing five creators and managing five hundred are different problems.
You're strong at both pipeline development and stewardship. You know how to find the right people, initiate outreach, follow up consistently, and turn interest into activation. You also know that signing someone up isn't success if they disappear afterward.
You're an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder. You can represent FaithOnline's voice and vision in a DM, guide someone through onboarding, and build meaningful relationships with established creators.
You're an executor who is comfortable with data. You build the workflow, send the outreach, update the CRM, make the call, monitor the numbers, and close the loop.
You bring startup scrappiness. You're comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly, testing approaches, and building while the company itself is evolving. You're a big thinker who still ships the small stuff.
Above all, you see creators as people to walk alongside, not a pipeline to manage.
By day 30, you will have:
Taken ownership of the existing Voices pipeline, with clear visibility across prospective, accepted, onboarding, active, inactive, and re-engagement Voices.
Built and begun running a repeatable recruitment engine with defined sourcing channels, outreach cadences, follow-up systems, and targets.
Audited the Voice journey and strengthened the highest-priority materials, workflows, CRM structure, segmentation, and stewardship systems.
Established clear reporting on pipeline health, activation, participation, engagement, and blockers within the marketing team's weekly operating rhythm.
Built a working cross-functional rhythm so teams can appropriately activate and learn from the Voices community.
Developed a clear point of view and priorities for how the Voices program should evolve over the next 90 days.
The Voices program is central to FaithOnline's growth. While this role sits within our marketing operating structure, you'll work across the organization and maintain clear visibility into pipeline health, progress, opportunities, and blockers.
Given the level of ownership required, we're looking for 15+ hours/week minimum, not a role that regularly flexes down when other commitments become busy.
In addition to your application, you'll be asked to respond to a short scenario exercise reflecting situations you'd encounter in this role. We're less interested in a polished answer than in understanding how you think, build systems, prioritize relationships, and execute.
