Job Summary: As an Etsy Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to Etsy sellers to help manage their online shops and maximize their sales potential on the Etsy platform. The main responsibility and requirement for this role is to enter new items in Etsy, must have a good knowledge in Etsy, must know how to find tags and keywords and have experience in boosting listings. Will also need to post mockups which will be through Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listings Management:

    • Assist Etsy sellers in creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on the Etsy platform.
    • Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search visibility and attract potential buyers.
    • Upload high-quality images, videos, and product variations to enhance product listings and increase sales conversions.
  2. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and product variations for Etsy listings.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans to ensure timely replenishment of stock and availability of products.
    • Update inventory counts, mark items as "sold out" or "back in stock," and manage product discontinuations as needed.
  3. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

    • Process customer orders, confirm order details, and coordinate order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
    • Monitor order status, track shipments, and communicate delivery updates to customers in a timely manner.
    • Handle order cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to Etsy's policies and procedures.
  4. Customer Service and Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and messages promptly and professionally through Etsy's messaging platform.
    • Provide assistance with product inquiries, sizing information, shipping estimates, and order tracking to ensure positive customer experiences.
    • Address customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:

    • Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote Etsy shop listings and increase brand visibility.
    • Create and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales to Etsy shop.
    • Monitor marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience (1-2 years) as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or e-commerce assistant, preferably with experience on the Etsy platform.
  2. Familiarity with Etsy's seller tools, including Seller Dashboard, Shop Manager, and Listing Manager.
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with e-commerce management tools and platforms.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize Etsy shop performance.
  7. Creativity and resourcefulness in developing marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product listings.
  8. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced virtual environment.
  9. Integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information.
