VIP Account Manager (Hungarian language)

In this role, you will:

• Proactively reach out to VIP clients via phone, email, and chat to maintain active engagement and uncover upsell opportunities

• Build and nurture long-term, personalized relationships with your assigned portfolio of VIP players

• Analyze player behavior and activity patterns to identify retention risks, reactivation opportunities, and moments for tailored offers

• Cover assigned shifts on live chat and handle incoming VIP inquiries promptly and professionally

• Communicate personalized bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers aligned with the VIP program strategy

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Fluent Hungarian — excellent written and spoken communication is essential for client-facing work

• Working proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian required for internal communication and reporting

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset

• Experience in iGaming, online casino, or VIP/premium customer management will be a strong plus
