About the job

As a safety content writer you will:

• Identify language patterns
• Rewrite and improve AI generated responses, adhering to safety categories that might include sensitive content e.g., sexual content, violent crime, drugs or alcohol and others
• Recognise patterns and meaning from composition of words of assigned language
• Process information to perform the task and to incorporate editorial review when applicable
• Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when needed.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak Vietnamese at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderator or expert AI teachers.

• A degree in a related field like journalism, communications, teaching is preferred. Experience/ or being comfortable working on sensitive/objectionable content

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. Ability to use the specific writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
