Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who can independently handle video editing, podcast creation, recording, and producing high-quality content for YouTube and audio platforms our in-house brands: enterprisemonkey.com.au, dumbmonkey.ai, agentsforhumanity.ai, and aamirqutub.com. The ideal candidate should be skilled in turning raw footage into engaging long-form videos as well as short snippets.

• Edit high-quality videos for social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and internal use.
  

• Work with podcast recordings, compile multiple clips, and produce complete video and audio versions.
  

• Convert long-format podcasts and speaking sessions into bite-sized snippets for reels/shorts.
  

• Stay updated on trendy video editing styles and implement them in our videos effectively.
  

• Constantly experiment with new video editing tools and other trendy AI tools that support the same to improve video editing efficiency, integrate automations, while also maintaining quality.
  

• Ensure clean audio, proper lighting usage, color grading, sound mixing, and overall production quality.
  

• Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand style and consistency.
  

• Manage timelines and deliver content quickly and efficiently.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).
  

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
  

• Experience with podcast editing (video + audio).
  

• Ability to convert long videos into short engaging snippets.
  

• Basic understanding of camera handling and video recording.
  

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  

Good to Have

• Graphic designing expertise and experience.
  

• Experience in using various trendy AI tools for video generation and edit.
  

• Experience in building AI Avatars of people.
