Contractor Connection is seeking a Vice President, Growth Officer to serve as the company's primary revenue architect and business development leader. This executive role is responsible for driving sustainable growth through new business development, strategic partnerships, and enterprise relationship expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation and Contractor Connection Growth Leadership
    • Own and deliver net-new revenue growth across all channels, with clear accountability for top-line results
    • Personally originate, negotiate, and close large, complex Contractor Connection deals, serving as the lead market strategist for the segment
    • Identify and monetize new revenue streams, including new client segments, products, services, and partnerships
    • Drive pipeline creation, deal velocity, and conversion at the enterprise level
  • Sales and Strategic Partnerships
    • Build and expand senior-level relationships with insurance carriers, large enterprises, and strategic partners
    • Own new client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategy for carrier and enterprise customers
    • Act as the executive face of Contractor Connection for high-value prospects and partners
    • Structure and close long-term, high-impact commercial agreements
    • Identify ecosystem partnerships that extend reach, increase client stickiness, and accelerate growth
  • Growth Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute a clear, actionable growth strategy aligned with company objectives
    • Use market intelligence, customer insights, and data to prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities
    • Balance short-term revenue wins with long-term scalable growth initiatives
    • Translate strategy into execution through clear goals, metrics, and accountability
  • Team Leadership and Enablement
    • Serve as a core member of the Contractor Connection and Sales leadership team, contributing to segment-wide decision-making
    • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across sales, business development, and Operations
    • Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and commercial excellence
    • Establish scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive structures
    • Coach leaders and sellers to elevate enterprise selling capabilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Contractor Connection operational teams as well as US Sales, Marketing, and IT other teams to align growth initiatives
    • Ensure market feedback informs product development, service innovation, and customer experience
    • Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions that maximize revenue and margin
       

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record as a business development leader. Personally responsible for closing significant, complex B2B deals 
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or growth leadership 
  • Experience selling into insurance, claims, restoration, property services, or adjacent B2B ecosystems strongly preferred 
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue in a services, platform, or network-based business
  • Demonstrated executive level business acumen, typically built through broad commercial leadership experience.
  • Exceptional executive presence and credibility with C-suite and senior leaders 
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and results 
  • Outstanding negotiation, storytelling, and influence skills 
  • Ability to build trust quickly and convert relationships into long-term revenue 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgment
