Position Objective 

Promote and sell NEI’s global relocation and assignment management services to corporations seeking high touch service supported by robust and reliable technology solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will build successful business relationships, meet or exceed annual new business goals, work in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. 

Essential Functions 

  • Demonstrates company core values.
  • Creates sound relationships with new clients through a combination of prospecting efforts, leveraging existing network and pursuing leads provided by the company.
  • Sells the benefits of partnering with NEI, a global relocation and assignment management company consistently recognized for its service excellence.
  • Leverages and expands your current network of industry contacts to identify and market to those corporate clients who align with our strongest markets and our core values of being Trustworthy…Intentional…Authentic…Innovative and Inclusive.
  • Integrates our differentiators of Empowered Employees, Strategically Designed Technology and our Legacy of Lasting Relationships in sales efforts.
  • Collaborates with the marketing department and sales team for a unified, cohesive approach to selling.
  • Works with NEI departments, managers and leadership in preparing proposals, presentations, and assisting with the transition of the new client to operations and client relations.
  • Conducts presentations and collaborates with other presenters, ensuring each is prepared and rehearsed for a polished and confident presentation.
  • Participates in industry conferences and seminars to learn and develop broader market visibility on behalf of NEI.
  • Reasonable and reliable attendance and timeliness when reporting to work and completing work.
  • Interacts well with others.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the relocation industry in a sales or client development capacity, with at least 3 years of proven selling success. Domestic and international sales experience preferred.    
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, influencing, and closing new corporate accounts. 
  • CRP and GMS preferred.                

Required Skills 

  • Innovative presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and conduct formal presentations with audiences ranging in size from one to twenty-five or more. 
  • Advanced communication and writing skills.
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen
  • Self-motivated; able to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps.

Special Demands

  • Travel required (up to 50% of the time, subject to change as needed)
