We're looking forPaid Campaign Managers based in the Philippines to join us as independent contractors.

This is a hands-on role focused on managing and optimising paid media campaigns, primarily across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, with opportunities to support additional advertising channels, including programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing, based on your experience and client needs.

You'll typically manage 3–5 client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. You'll receive training in our campaign methodologies, while account assignments will align with your experience and client requirements.

Reporting to the Performance Director for each account, you'll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis. As you develop in the role, you'll also have opportunities to support client communications and contribute to broader campaign strategy.

We are actively hiring independent contractors based in the Philippines who are excited to work remotely with international clients in a flexible and collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns, where relevant to client needs and your experience.
• Support affiliate marketing campaigns, including performance monitoring, partner or publisher coordination, tracking, and optimisation, as applicable to the account.
• Monitor and track campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing, efficiency, and alignment with performance targets.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and campaign reporting.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the Performance Director on campaign strategy and execution.
• Communicate campaign performance updates, findings, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Share insights and best practices with the wider team.
• Recommend improvements and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Stay open to learning and managing new advertising platforms, including TikTok Ads and other emerging channels.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta and/or Google Ads.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
• Data-driven mindset with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution.
• Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes and managing multiple accounts.

Preferred (But Not Essential)

• At least 2-3 year of agency-side experience.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimisation, and performance reporting.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, including affiliate networks, publisher or partner campaigns, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
• Experience using Google Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms.
• Confidence presenting campaign insights and recommendations to clients.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with additional advertising platforms, such as TikTok Ads, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
