Responsibilities
  • Administer human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations, ensuring consistent and fair application across the organization.
  • Research and analyze data related to human resources, including trends and metrics, to support recommendations and continuous improvement of HR practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships within the HR function, helping to coordinate services, monitor performance, and support effective collaboration with external partners.
  • Perform a variety of HR tasks and assignments, adapting to changing priorities and needs within the department.
  • Use judgment and limited experience to plan and accomplish goals, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other stakeholders while working under general supervision and typically reporting to a manager.
  • Apply a certain degree of creativity and latitude when solving problems and improving HR processes.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in vendor management within a human resources or related function.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the HR field.
  • Ability to research, interpret, and analyze human resources data to support decision-making.
  • Capability to work under general supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to plan and accomplish goals with limited guidance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in human resources or a related area.
  • Ability to exercise creativity and initiative when addressing HR challenges and process improvements.
  • Comfort working with a variety of tasks and adapting to evolving role specifics as they are defined.
Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility to work from a home or alternative suitable location. The role operates under general supervision, typically reporting to a manager, and involves regular virtual collaboration with HR colleagues and external vendors. The remote environment requires reliable internet access, comfort with digital communication tools, and the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining professional standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
