Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a Client Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. In this role, you will help prospective clients navigate the intake process, gather important information, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. You will support a busy legal practice by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records that help attorneys provide outstanding service. • Compensation Range: $1,015 to $1,100 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling needs
  • Conduct client intake conversations and gather relevant details regarding potential matters
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
  • Perform administrative support tasks as assigned
  • Schedule consultations, appointments, and meetings
  • Create clear summaries of client matters for attorney review
  • Collect and organize client information and supporting documentation
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for every caller and client
  • Follow up with potential clients when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Respond to client questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete intake forms accurately and thoroughly

Additional Job Description

• Full time remote position with Job Duck
• Practice area exposure includes Estate Litigation, Guardianship, and Estate Planning matters.
• English proficiency required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, intake, call handling, or client support experience preferred.
• Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and efficiently throughout the day.
• Experience using Outlook or similar email management platforms preferred.
• Comfortable working with VOIP phone systems.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfortable learning new software, systems, and workflows.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
