Who We Are Looking For:

A kick-ass, independent Content Creator who is well-versed in creating content in the queer and dating space to produce video testimonial content and create brand awareness for the client. You are skilled in storytelling, identifying trends, direct-to-camera and sketch-based content.

This is a temporary consulting position. This is not a full-time, permanent role on NoGood's team.

This will be a monthly rolling contract period.

Ideal Creator:

You are comfortable being on camera. You are an impeccable storyteller. You lead authentically and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You have a vibrant personality and rally people around you. You are self-motivated. You are inspired. You have big ideas.

You Will Get To:

  • Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content
  • Test various content creation formats from skits to greenscreen and dynamic editing
  • Create 8 videos per month for one of our clients (amount to fluctuate)

You Have:

  • A TikTok personality!
  • Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram on either a brand or personal channel
  • Impeccable storytelling skills - you know how to capture attention and maintain it
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
  • An ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in CapCut and Adobe Premiere
  • Interest in pop, LGBTQ and all dating culture
  • An ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way
  • An ability to create engaging content (images and video) that aligns with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • A well-versed understanding of platform-specific social media best practices
  • Great organizational and project management skills

Compensation:

$100-$200 per video
