We're looking for a Treasury Analyst who is exceptionally attentive to detail, has a strong work ethic, and has a track record of improving processes.

You will work closely with the broader Finance team on the day-to-day cash and banking operations that keep the platform running, with room to grow into more advanced treasury and financing work as the function scales.

  • Banking operations. Manage banking KYC processes and streamline account opening, closing, and other administrative and operational processes for corporate, property, and fund bank accounts. Analyze banking fees and client analysis statements, and recommend service adjustments.
  • Transaction execution. Prepare transactions for deal fundings, draws, servicing, intercompany reimbursements, and property-level fundings. Administer the corporate credit card programs and manage vendor template creation and upkeep within the banking system.
  • Partner support. Troubleshoot banking services and issues with banking partners on behalf of property managers & internal partners.
  • Process and systems. Assist with implementation of new treasury systems, document treasury controls and standard operating procedures, and help carry out the direction and vision of the treasury function.

What we are looking for:
  • 2+ years of relevant treasury and finance/accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a plus.
  • Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is a plus.
