Position Summary:
The Recycling Partnership is seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead high-impact initiatives and partner closely with program leaders across all service delivery programs, blended functional areas, and internal support operations. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business unit teams to improve financial outcomes, strengthen operational discipline, and enhance reporting visibility. The Director will own budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational planning to drive strategic decision-making and support measurable organizational impact.
To accomplish these objectives, the Director will analyze revenue streams, develop key performance indicators to assess programmatic impact, automate reporting through our enterprise financial planning platform, and serve as the operational lead for investment-related planning, liquidity management, and oversight of external investment firms.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role requires a blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to influence senior leadership, offering the unique opportunity to shape the future of Finance at The Recycling Partnership.
