Travel Partner - Design It. Sell It. Lead It, If You Want.

Do you know a destination — or a specific kind of trip, like skiing or yoga — better than anyone? Maybe you've been leading groups on it for years, or you've lived and breathed it long enough to know where an itinerary can go wrong before you've even written it. That's exactly what we're missing.

We're looking for Travel Coordinators, DMCs, TOs and specialists — yoga & wellness, ski & sports, food & wine, art & culture, festival & events — who know how to build a multi-day trip that actually works on the ground, not just on paper.

With WeRoad, you design the itinerary and set the price. We take care of the rest: our tour operator team reviews it with you, publishes it on WeRoadX in front of 3 million visits a month across five markets, and one of our 4,000+ trained Group Leaders takes the departure. Want to lead it yourself? You can. Want to stay home and just design? That works too.

You don't have to find the travellers. You don't have to travel yourself. And joining costs you nothing: zero entry fee, zero subscription, zero exclusivity — you keep selling the same trip through your own channels. WeRoad keeps a fee on sales (from 25%, depending on the destination), and you see the margin on every departure before you commit to anything.

The selection process:

• Application — tell us who you are, what you know, and how you work today.
• Selection day — a full day in Milan, in person, required only if you'd also like to coordinate trips as a Group Leader. If you're only interested in designing itineraries, this step isn't required.

Requirements: you'll need a VAT number (or equivalent) to invoice WeRoad, and a good level of English — it's the language you'll use to coordinate with Group Leaders and the WeRoad team, who work across five markets.
