This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and In-service distribution. They will follow a 7 step protocol to make sure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.
 

Responsibilities
• Completes participant transaction requests

• Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or co-ordinates with
service providers
• Maintains the ATCSF Ad min system contact changes
• Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
• Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
• Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
• Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
• Force out monitoring and processing

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree
• At least 2 years of qualified plan experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Qualified plan document experience would be a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within
established timeframe
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred.
Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.

The national average salary is $45,000 - $50,000, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This salary range represents the low and high end for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
