Position Overview

 

OWT Global LLC is seeking two (2) Training Operations Coordinators to provide day-to-day operational support for the JIATF-401 Counter-sUAS training enterprise and Joint C-UAS University (JCU) projection via Mobile Training Teams. These coordinators manage logistics, administrative actions, student processing, and execution support for MTT, JCU Cadre, and NCR training activities.


Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Coordinate C-sUAS training logistics, including facilities, equipment, transportation, and billeting across multiple sites. 
  • Process student nominations, rosters, and administrative requirements for Domestic Shield, onboarding, BDOC, and Joint Force C-sUAS training. 
  • Support the MTT Synchronization Cell Lead with calendar maintenance, status tracking, and deconfliction. 
  • Prepare and distribute training schedules, orders, and supporting documentation aligned with JCU standards. 
  • Track training metrics, attendance, completion data, and instructor surge capacity. 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for instructors, cadre, and units on operational matters. 
  • Assist with surge planning and rapid response to emerging C-sUAS training requirements. 
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.


Required Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of DoW training or operations experience
  • 5+ years of training operations, administrative, or logistics coordination experience. 
  • Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen. 
  • Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.


Desired Skills & Experience 

 

  • Experience supporting military training pipelines, Mobile Training Teams, or C-sUAS / base defense training. 
  • Familiarity with Joint C-UAS University or JIATF-401 constructs preferred. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high tempo environment.


Clearance & Citizenship

 

  • Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
