Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor individuals interested in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrician work

Requirements
- Prior experience working in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrician
- Strong knowledge and expertise in trades industry practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles
- Experience in creating educational materials, workshops, tutorials, or online courses is a plus
