TLS Back Office Specialist

You will join China Digital Solutions team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:

• Process and manage customer orders in SAP from order entry to delivery completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and order master data.
• Support contract administration, documentation, invoicing, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding order progress and delivery commitments.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned.
• Provide backup support for other team members during peak workload periods or absences.
• Participate in process optimization and customer service improvement activities.
• Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proactive in resolving issues and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly responsible and accountable for assigned tasks.
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexible and willing to support workload balancing within the team in response to changing business priorities and market demands.
• Open to cross-training and providing backup support across different product lines and customer portfolios when required
• MS Office skill
