This is a high-impact, revenue-driven sales role focused on expanding and managing a book of business within the title insurance space. The ideal candidate will already have established relationships and an active network within real estate, lending, or legal channels, particularly in New York and/or New Jersey. This is not a ground-up cold start position for most candidates; it is designed for a proven title sales professional who can immediately contribute through existing relationships, referral networks, and ongoing deal flow. Flexibility is offered with remote or hybrid arrangements depending on candidate experience and book of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of title insurance and settlement service opportunities
  • Leverage existing relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and developers to generate consistent deal flow
  • Grow and maintain a personal book of business within assigned territories (NY/NJ focus)
  • Coordinate closely with internal closing and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial real estate markets
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referral generation
  • Stay current on state-specific title regulations and compliance requirements
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active title insurance license in New York and/or New Jersey (required)
  • Proven experience in title sales, escrow sales, or related real estate services sales
  • Strong existing book of business or established referral network strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close revenue independently
  • Deep understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate transaction processes
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to operate in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $80,000 – $100,000+ depending on experience and book of business
