Summary

The Territory Sales Representative for Buechel Stone Corp. is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned market by building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients. Key responsibilities include identifying prospective customers through strategic prospecting, following up on sales opportunities, coordinating and delivering product presentations and educational training, and strengthening relationships with existing partners. Success in this role is demonstrated through effective prospect development, strong customer relationships, exceptional service, and a consistent focus on identifying new opportunities to grow the business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships throughout the assigned territory to increase sales volume and market presence.
• Identify prospective clients and establish new relationships through ongoing prospecting and business development efforts.
• Educate clients and partners on Buechel Stone products, services, applications, and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to support territory growth and sales objectives.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, partners, prospects, and other members of the professional network.
• Accurately maintain sales leads, customer activity, and opportunities within the company's CRM system.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and partners to support continued business success.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively work with a variety of client segments, including but not limited to architects, designers, distributor partners, and retail clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home-based office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Willingness and ability to travel minimum 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales preferred.

Work Conditions

• Remote/home office environment.
• Regular work within client offices, showrooms, and other customer locations.
• Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, including driving and airline travel.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, drive a vehicle, and travel by air as required.
• Ability to carry and transport product samples, typically weighing less than 15 pounds each.
