Comp: 100k base - OTE 220k uncapped commission top reps making 300k+++

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves:

  • 3–15 years of medical device sales experience, with a strong surgical background
  • Experience selling disposables and/or capital surgical equipment
  • Proven success introducing or growing disruptive medical technologies
  • Track record of selling into ORs and working directly with surgeons and clinical staff
  • Stable work history with measurable results

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in GYN / OBGYN or related specialties
  • Experience selling to hospital ORs, ambulatory surgery centers, and surgical suites
