  • Translate APIs, integrations, and data flows into compelling, outcome-driven narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Own RFP/RFI responses and technical validation to accelerate deal cycles

  • Build PoCs that prove value quickly and de-risk adoption

Solution Architecture & Data Strategy

  • Turn customer requirements into scalable, real-world solution designs

  • Define clear boundaries between out-of-the-box capabilities and custom work

  • Scope data migrations (historical data, deduplication, rollups) with a focus on feasibility and speed-to-value

  • Advise on reporting strategies (dashboards, exports, APIs) that balance flexibility and scalability

Post-Sales & Expansion

  • Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation for complex deals

  • Spot expansion opportunities by aligning new use cases with product capabilities

  • Guide customers toward deeper adoption and measurable ROI

Enablement

  • Diagnose technical issues to engage Engineering as needed

  • Build reusable demos, playbooks, and assets that reduce friction across the sales cycle

  • Enable Sales and CS with training and clear technical narratives

  • Partner with Product to surface gaps, trends, and customer feedback from the field

Your Impact:

  • Significantly move the needle on enterprise win rates and deal velocity through expert technical storytelling

  • Ensure seamless transition from sale to implementation across new product lines

  • Drive enterprise customer confidence in adopting bundled and embedded solutions across multi-regional operations

  • Influence product roadmap by surfacing real-world customer feedback and technical gaps

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within B2B SaaS products, ideally supporting a vertical trade industry

  • Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales customer lifecycles
