  • Schedule & Visit Coordination: Coordinate logistics for client site visits, sea trials, and regional business trips.
2. Sales Support:
  • Administrative & CRM Support: Maintain and update CRM data, customer contact lists, meeting notes, and NDA/contract status.
  • Commercial Documentation: Assist in drafting formal quotations, order tracking sheets, supplier purchase requests, and delivery receipts.

3. Technical Coordination & Field Assistance (40%)
  • Supplier & Yard Liaison: Communicate basic technical specs, delivery timelines, and hardware requirements with local fabricators, hardware vendors, and shipyards.
  • Trial & Demonstration Support: Provide hands-on assistance during dockside tests, field demonstrations, and customer sea trials (e.g., equipment setup, sensor mounting checks, log recording).

3. Customer Communication & Post-Sales Follow-up (20%)
  • Issue Triage: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, logging issue tickets and collecting basic diagnostic info before routing to global engineering teams.
  • Post-Sales Tracking: Follow up on project action items across engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure timely milestone execution.
  • Materials Preparation: Assist in organizing training manuals, technical FAQ sheets, and demonstration summaries for APAC clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in technical coordination, logistics/supply chain support, project coordination, or field service. Fresh graduates with strong project internship experience and a mechanical background will also be considered.
  • Technical Foundation: Basic familiarity with mechanical equipment, vessel components, robotics, or industrial electronics. Ability to read simple mechanical/assembly drawings.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of systematically tracking shipment schedules and pending action items.
