AI Summary

You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering and data roles, from initial kickoff to final offer closing. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet team needs.

Since 2019, Mercury has been rebuilding banking* for the way modern companies work. We combine thoughtful design with strong engineering to offer checking and savings accounts, cards, payments, credit, treasury and the analytics that tie it all together. Everything we build comes from one belief: finance should be carefully crafted, fast and transparent, and it should stay out of the way so founders can get back to building.

That belief only holds up if the right people are building it. Hiring is one of the most important ways we shape Mercury’s future. In this role, you’ll directly influence the teams building our products and the experience of our customers. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll own a focused set of searches from kickoff to close and partner closely with hiring managers along the way.

*Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.
