About the Role:

As a Technical Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and driving the growth of our business. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across locations and functions.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning and Product across multiple regions.

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1+ year in a high-growth tech startup environment.

• Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.

• Hands-on experience with recruiting in Indian, UK and EU markets.

• Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.

• High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
