AI Summary

You will manage and develop a portfolio of cybersecurity channel partners to drive revenue and expand market reach. This involves building joint territory plans, enabling partner teams, and collaborating with internal sales and engineering staff to close enterprise deals.

IONIX is hiring a Technical Channel Account Manager to grow revenue through cybersecurity channel partners. You will own a focused portfolio of resellers, systems integrators, and service providers. Your job is to make them confident in positioning external exposure management, effective at finding opportunities, and successful at winning them with our sales team.

This is a commercial role for someone who can hold a substantive security conversation. You should be comfortable explaining how organizations discover internet-facing assets, validate exposures, prioritize risk, and move from findings to remediation. You will lead partner relationships and joint opportunities while bringing in our sales executives and sales engineers for proper sales campaigns and POV processes.

About IONIX

null

Responsibilities

  • Select and develop high-potential partners based on customer reach, security expertise, and willingness to invest in a joint plan.
  • Build relationships with partner sales leaders, account executives, solution architects, and security practitioners.
  • Create account maps and joint territory plans that produce qualified, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Enable partner teams to identify exposure management opportunities, run effective discovery, handle common objections, and articulate IONIX’s value.
  • Lead introductory product conversations and coordinate demos, evaluations, and technical validation with IONIX sales engineers.
  • Work alongside IONIX account executives from opportunity creation through close, with clear ownership of next steps.
  • Navigate deal registration, partner economics, procurement routes, and potential channel conflicts promptly and fairly.
  • Run a regular business cadence with each focus partner, reviewing pipeline, active deals, enablement needs, and results.
  • Bring partner and customer feedback to product, marketing, and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience growing revenue through channel partners in cybersecurity or another technical enterprise software market.
  • Evidence of creating opportunities and advancing deals with partners, beyond signing agreements or running events.
  • Enough technical depth to earn the trust of partner solution architects and customer security teams. You can discuss attack surface discovery, vulnerability context, cloud and web exposures, and risk prioritization in practical terms.
  • Strong commercial judgment: you know where to invest partner time, how to build a mutual plan, and when an opportunity needs direct sales or engineering support.
  • Experience collaborating closely with field sellers and sales engineers on enterprise deals.
  • Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and comfort operating in a growing company where the playbook is still being built.
  • Experience with EASM, exposure management, vulnerability management, cloud security, MSSPs, or global systems integrators is valuable. We care most about demonstrated partner revenue impact and the ability to learn a technical product deeply.

How success will be measured:

Success means a small number of partners are consistently bringing IONIX into relevant customer conversations and helping deals progress. We will look at partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue, the quality and conversion of joint opportunities, partner technical readiness, and the strength of the working relationship between partners and IONIX field teams.

If you enjoy building partner businesses, can speak credibly with security practitioners, and take personal ownership of deals through close, we would like to meet you.
